United States Congressman

I believe Bob is uniquely qualified to serve in this vitally important job. He is well known all across North Carolina for his legal expertise. With the growth of his practice he has become a businessman, developing the skills we need in a candidate to oversee the state Department of Justice.

Steve Troxler
North Carolina Commissioner of Agriculture

Patrick Ballantine
Attorney
Former State Senator
Candidate for Governor

As North Carolina's first Republican Attorney General, I understand firsthand the nature and demands of the office. To be effective and to lead, the Attorney General must possess not only legal skills, but experience in how to manage a large department with wide ranging areas of responsibility.

When I met Bob Crumley, I saw very quickly how his experience in both the legal and business world provides to him the unique set of skills necessary to be a great Attorney General.

As Republicans, we must build on the successes of our current Council of State members. History has shown us that costly primaries often cost the most on election day in November. That is why, for Bob Crumley, I am breaking with a long held tradition of mine and am endorsing him early.

I encourage all of my Republican friends to get on board early and strong for Bob. With our help Bob Crumley can become North Carolina's Attorney General.

Jim Carson
Former Attorney General

I was pleased when I heard a man of Bob Crumley's experience would be a candidate for N.C. Attorney General in 2008. As a former Deputy Attorney General, I know the responsibility, which the AG has in effecting the lives of all North Carolinians—including handling death penalty appeals, consumer protection and investigating fraud waste and abuse in public office. Bob Crumley's legal career has been built on helping ordinary people fight against the odds. His experience and knowledge would be invaluable as Attorney General. I heartily endorse him for AG.
